A study to analyse the effect on the cost of reinstatement or replacement of various levels of loss to heritage listed historic church buildings, using St Thomas’s Church as an indicative sample building, to enable certain policy decisions to be made in regard to the level of risk for heritage buildings to be insured for a building portfolio of some 2000 structures.
